It really is as simple as you using me as your Estate Agent and me donating 0.2% of your property sale to a charity/School. As Long as I am the agent who sells the property upon completion. With no extra cost to you.

How does it work?

Lets say your house sells for £500k
We would have agreed a sales fee of 1%, this is payable upon exchange or completion (whichever our agreement confirms)

You would make the 1% payment fee - £5000.00 to London Property Consultants, the company which I freelance for upon Exchange or Completion (whichever our agreement confirms)

Out of the 1% fee, I earn a huge 60% of this myself, so from selling your property my earnings would be £3000 based on this example.

From my commission I donate the 0.2% of the total sale price (£500k on this example) to a charity of your choice, an amount of £1000 (based on this example) to the Charity or School of your choice. So there really is no extra cost to you. You pay the same fee you would do to any other agent selling your property BUT by using me as your agent, you are donating money to help others.

Why do I do this?

Well, I strongly believe in supporting our local community and charities wherever possible. I have set up a few Community schemes in Surrey, one being Surrey Support Network and another being Take A Book, Replace A Book. These are all run by myself, free of charge and all co-ordination is done by myself. The most amazing moments are taking brand new toys to childrens wards at Christmas through rallying communities to donate what they can,

As a Freelance Estate Agent to London Property Consultants I earn a huge percentage of the 1% selling fee, to be quite honest - I earn thousands from you selling your home, unlike your high street agent sitting in an office.

Because I put the effort in and am the only person you will deal with through your property sale creating that bespoke personal service that a High Street Agent can't offer, I am in a position to give back to Charity from my commission.

If you didn't choose me as your agent, in quite simple terms, I can't pay my bills or feed my son so as a Thank - You for you entrusting me with your property sale I would like to give back to the community and support a cause close to your heart.
